A Beautiful Couple on a Beautiful Day | A Stroll with Georgetown DC Engagement Photographers

This photo shoot looks like something from a romantic movie. Gianna and Chase both went to law school at Georgetown University, so they selected that special location for their engagement photos.

We could not believe they were not models because they sure knew how to pose. Truthfully, I don’t think there was much posing involved. These two are so in love, and we happily snapped photos as they did their thing and strolled across campus down memory lane together.

It was a beautiful day, and they were up for a walk, so the photoshoot continued through the urban streets of Georgetown, which gave us a uniquely diverse collection of engagement photos.

As we discreetly followed along with Gianna and Chase, we found ourselves winding through the canals to the Georgetown waterfront and ended at the Kennedy Center. By the end, the sun was just starting to set, letting off that perfect pre-sunset glow, and the kissing silhouette picture we captured is one of our absolute favorites. So classic and timeless, just like the couple!

One thing we loved most about this engagement session is that it shows that engagement photos don’t have to be boring or overly posed. These are some of the first professional portraits you will have together, and they mark the beginning of your story. Let them display your personality, and make the day about you. These two picked locations that are special to them, and they treated it like a relaxing evening out together. For them, it was just a romantic stroll while we documented it for them.

Needless to say, we all got our steps in for the day. But we hardly noticed with the beautiful weather and scenic locations. We had tons of fun with this special couple!
