Brunch Event Photography | Hilton Washington DC National Mall

Your guests will love starting the day with a lively brunch in The Solarium at the Hilton Washington DC National Mall. The sunny space is the perfect place for warm conversation, delectable breakfast treats, and of course, fresh coffee and tea. We’ve recently noticed that brunch events are rivaling traditional dinners and late-evening cocktail parties. Our favorite thing about brunch is the added natural mid-morning light you get through the surrounding floor-to-ceiling windows! The soft sunlight and budding trees around The Solarium make for a different experience altogether. In the daytime, you get exceptional views – take in the National Mall from afar as you chat with friends over a warm mug of coffee. We also love how versatile the space is. For a larger reception-style brunch, the space accommodates up to 280 guests. Or for a more intimate brunch for a bridal shower, executive meeting, or special get together, a banquet-style arrangement comfortably accommodates 40 guests. Their experienced catering staff go above and beyond simple breakfast foods (unless that’s what you’re going for – those are great, too!). They serve beautifully layered parfaits, bright fruit trays, and savory dishes. With the surrounding natural scenery, The Solarium comes with built-in appeal, but we also know a few florists who can take your brunch event to the next level with gorgeous arrangements. At this specific event, we loved how they lined the center of the tables with succulents tucked inside coffee mugs. These simple yet beautiful plants served as gifts as well as added greenery! Do you have an upcoming brunch event to plan? We’d love to be a resource for you and help you capture the event in detail while you enjoy the experience with your guests. Contact us here!
