One of our favorite not-so-hidden-anymore gems is Dock 5 at Union Market. The space showcases a sophisticated, industrial look and has complete decorating flexibility. Union Market has been around (under various names) since 1871, so it’s filled with interesting history and backstory.
The Dock 5 at Union Market is warehouse space boasts over 12,000 square feet of flexible space. It is perfect for those who have a vision of what they want and just need space to design it. The entire building is a blank canvas. It offers high ceilings that make it feel spacious and luxurious. They even offer outdoor space for extra seating beneath the sunset. This building will transform into whatever you want to make it. They host intimate social events, celebrations, and high-end dinners while encouraging guests to “celebrate food, creativity, and music.”
Dock 5 is located right above an artisanal marketplace with more than 30 of the best food producers in the area, so it’s certainly a lively, thriving atmosphere—perfect for a celebration! The room accommodates over 700 people standing and 400 seated indoors. Outdoors, another 2,000 guests can be entertained! We love that this venue offers so many unique and flexible options. They include wifi, free parking, and versatile floor plans. For everything from a rustic wedding to a formal business event, Dock 5 is an amazing place to make your event vision come to life. Customers have said that they love how raw the space is with textures like exposed brick and wood as well as concrete flooring and garage-style doors.
